Welcome in the holiday villa "SINE TEMPORE VENCE".

This house built in 1982, can be totally yours for a seasonal rental. The villa is located at the end of dead-end street, down in the valley, in the middle of nature and is oriented east/south/west. With a habitable surface area of 122 m² on more than 3200 m², the house includes four bedrooms for a total of eight persons, a private swimming pool and a large mediterranean garden. The garden lawn is flat around the house. The rest of the garden is a downward-sloping forest towards a small stream "le Claret" (most of the time dry in summer). The double glazed windows and the shutters keep the heath outside the house in summer. The villa is equipped with WIFI, radio and television.

Two bedrooms are at the side of the swimmingpool, 11,8 m² each and at the south side. Between the two bedrooms a bathroom is accessible via the corridor. The floor is tiled with provencal terracotta. The bedrooms have: a double bed of 160 cm on 200 cm in the first and two single mobile beds of 90 cm on 190 cm in the second bedroom, each a built-in cupboard of 180 cm on 200 cm on 50 cm, window with double glazing, curtains and shutters, a radiator, two night tabels with light. NEW: bedrooms with reversible climate control.

The third bedroom is situated at the side of the entrance, 11 m² tall at the east side. The bedroom has a direct access to its own bathroom. The floor is tiled with provencal terracotta. The bedroom has: two single mobile beds of 90 cm on 190 cm, a built-in cupboard of 180 cm on 200 cm on 50 cm, window with double glazing, curtains and shutters, a radiator, a night tabel with light. NEW: bedroomswith reversible climate control.

The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and accessible via a stair in the living room. It is a mansard roof of in total 11,5 m² of which 5,2 m² with a height of more than 1,8 m. The flooring is laminate. The bedroom has: two single mobile beds of 90 cm on 190 cm, two small windows, a radiator, a night tabel with light.

SINE TEMPORE VENCE has two bathrooms and a separate toilet.

The first bathroom is in the middle of the two bedrooms at the side of the swimming pool. The surface is 5,8 m² with next facilities: a walk in shower, a single sink, a bidet, a toilet and an electric towel radiator. Open the window and you overlook the swiming pool. The bathroom is accessible via the corridor.

The second bathroom is at the side of the entrance and is only accessible from the bedroom. The bathroom is 4,3 m² tall and has: a shower, a double sink, a toilet and an electric towel radiator. The window is at the side of the driveway.

A separate toilet with sink is available in the corridor.

We provide: toilet paper and towels.

SINE TEMPORE VENCE has a living room decorated in a Provencal style!

The living room is 35,6 m² tall and is directly overlooking the loggia, garden and private swimmingpool. The orientation is south and west. The floor tiled with provencal terracotta and the exposed beams highlight the Provencal character of the living room. It is furnished with a two-seater and a three-seater sofa, two armchairs and a solid wood table (eight seats). In the library you can borrow books in English, French, Dutch or Italian. You can use the open fire. Two logs are for free, if you want more you can buy them on the spot.Window are double glazed and have curtains and shutters. Television, radio and WIFI are available. From the living room you have access to the corridor leading to the bedrooms, the kitchen and via a stair to the bedroom on the first floor. NEW: living room with reversible climate control.

SINE TEMPORE VENCE has a fully equipped kitchen with swimming pool view.

The kitchen is in a Provencal style and measures 9,1 m² with a direct access to the terras and the swimming pool. The window has double glazing and shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped:

SINE TEMPORE VENCE has a private swimming pool and a large garden.

The private swimming pool mesures 10 m on 4 m and is equipped with a sound alarm (legal obligation: alarm gives alert when someone falls in the pool, which of course doesn't replace parental supervision on children).

A loggia at the the swimming pool side:14,7 m² with a table and chairs, eight deckchairs and a barbecue (permanent supervision required to avoid forest fire).

A terras at the entrance side : 25,2 m² with a table, chairs and a hammock.

A Mediterranean garden with a lawn around the house with flowers and trees and a natural forest, part of the property, sloping down to a small stream "Le Claret" (most of the time dry in summer).
